I like the original french voice acting than the english...but is still good.. I loved the wakfu Series so it's good to see it continue. I recommend watching it in French with sub -tittles though as the English Dubbed voices are just .... ear grating. The french tones for the characters fit much better.. I cannot reccomend enough to watch Wakfu: The Animated Series. These episodes are basically a "3rd season," and I am more than happy to pay for, and stand behind, this series, and hope they make more.My only complaint: WHY THE HELL IS THIS SERIES SO OBSCURE!? BUY THIS, GET OUT, AND WATCH THE SERIES ON NETFLIX!!!. As an extensive player of "Dofus", I've spent enough hours in the game to be able to take part in Goult ( a yearly based event where earch national server picks selected people to PvP for their sever ) , and brother to the MMO of Wakfu, I am a bit dissapointed with the characters and their visual animation, and a sheer amount of information is lacking, but there's to much to cover.At the end of the day, I do not regret buying it as I would suck Ankama's d*ck if they told me to, but that's not the case.11\/10 would bang. I'm a 30 year old man. I don't usually like cartoons, anime or the like, but this series is spectacular. I enjoy this and the Avatar series almost equally with my kids. The series is fun, playful, intelligent and strays from the simplistic formula of "Bad guys are bad" and have actual continuity, that is to say, there are very few "fluff" episodes that don't contribute to the story. As an audience member I enjoy it when I am treated as if I were intelligent, my kids do too.Be warned - This is Book 1, a continuation 6 years after the main story arc. The TV series is on Netflix, please watch or support in your own way if you have the time or resources to do so.It stays true to the characters (which are just awesome). I really enjoy that the villains aren't one dimentional - there is depth to their madness\/evil in most cases. The females in this are attractive and strong, and with a good takeaway message to female body types (being that there is nothing wrong with not looking like a celebrity centerfold).Honestly after watching the french version the english dub is a little jarring, but not awful. It just loses some expressiveness or exaggeration in the translation or lacklustre voice acting (The french voice actors are far more enthusiastic)I simply don't have the words to express how much I love this cartoon. Again, 30-something year old man. Child at heart.. Come join in on the adventures of God-Emperor Yugo and his marry band of a elf with a rocking body, a brown princess, a tanned Britist martial artist, a bird with chiseled abs, a old Jewish man and an annoying big lipped baby dragon with almost no likeability as they must fight against a depressed giant orge with magic tears. Maybe along the way you'll learn of the magically power of friendship, loyalty, hips and furries.Also, Eva is a MILF now. You have my 3.99 and my blessings, Ankama. Now bring us season 3..
